• unemployed groups with their instructor
Individuals
• under 18-year-olds
• family members of employees of the City Museum
• friends and volunteers of the City Museum
• teachers planning museum visits
• Helsinki City Council and Board members and deputy members
• Members of Suomen opasliitto and similar organisations
• Helsinki Missio Culture companions and their customers
• assistants of rehabilitation patients and disabled persons
• war veterans, members of Lotta Svärd and war invalids
Holders of the following cards
• Museum and ICOM cards
• Press card (members of the press)

• Finnish Museums Association’s card
DISCOUNT TICKET
• students with a valid student ID
• unemployed people (certificate of being a job-seeker required)
• pensioners
• persons undergoing military or non-military service
• employees of the City of Helsinki
• group ticket (for groups of 10 or more people)
• EYCA card (the Herkules card in Finland)
• persons who have applied for or been granted asylum or temporary protection (residence permit card or a certificate showing that they have submitted an application for asylum or temporary protection required)
