Dark dreams

Dark dreams emerge between sleep and wakefulness, evoking nightmarish, sensual, ominous and apparitional experiences. This matinee by mezzo-soprano Isabella Shaw and pianist Nina Ranta explores the messengers and romantic depths between the spirit world and our worlds, and the desires that linger at their borders. The repertoire features Nordic, Northern European and African-American classical lieder music by composers such as Berg, Brahms, Sibelius, von Koch, Price and Simon.

The concert is included in the price of admission (€17/11), no separate fee. We accept the Museum Card.
