Sibelius Academy guitarists alone and together

This matinée will provide a rare perspective on guitar music, as the programme features a guitar trio – an ensemble for which far less music has been written than for a guitar duo or quartet. That is why every such piece is something of a find. The programme also features music by J. S. Bach, which lives strongly in the arrangements and is particularly popular in guitar duo repertoires as well. This will be counterbalanced by Paul Hindemith’s only guitar piece, composed specifically for a trio.

The concert is included in the price of admission (€17/11), no separate fee. We accept the Museum Card.
